Registration & Information

Pre-Registration

You may register for a procedure at Virginia Hospital's Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Center by using the Online Patient Registration Form. Or you may call 703.558.8500 to register by phone.

Admitting

To expedite the admitting process on the day of your visit, you may print and complete the Patient History Form.  Or, you may call a registered nurse, who will take much of the information needed regarding your medical history by telephone, 703.558.5147.

On the day of your procedure, you should come to the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Center on the 2nd floor of the 1635 building, closest to gold parking. An admitting registrar will complete your registration quickly and escort you to the center.
